By installing or using Burn Book, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
License:
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use Burn Book on Apple devices you own or control. You can’t redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or modify the app.
In-App Purchases:
Burn Book Premium is a one-time, non-subscription purchase processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their App Store refund policy: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
Your content:
You own the photos, notes, and other content you add. You’re responsible for it. Don’t add anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes on someone else’s rights.
Use the app responsibly:
Burn Book tracks expiration dates as a convenience, not a safety guarantee. Trust your senses before eating an old sauce. We are not responsible for any consequences of consuming spoiled food.
Availability & changes:
We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time. We do our best to maintain backward compatibility, but can’t guarantee it.
Disclaimer of warranties:
Burn Book is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it stable, but we don’t guarantee it will always work, be bug-free, or meet your specific needs.
Limitation of liability:
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to Burn Book is limited to the amount you paid for the app (which for most users is $4.99 or less).
Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
